However, one good news is flaxseed oil does not contain lignans, which means no estrogen mimicker properties. It contains alpha-linolenic acid component which claim to lower lipid or cholesterol level. Therefore, it may be helpful for pseudo gynecomastia patient but it is best to check with your doctor before trying it.
